Gravitational pull, constant gain/loss of weight in a short period of time, pregnancy and breastfeeding, lack of proper support, sunburn are all to be the major reasons of sagging and loss of elasticity. Particularly larger and heavier breasts are more likely to sag over time. Extreme weight loss and overweight either in the short and long term may result in changes in appearance of breasts, therefore the need for breast uplift may arise from all above reasons.
